How to use:
- After washing your body with the Mooi Minceur Body Wash, or soaking in the Mooi Minceur Bath Soak, on damp skin, spread a thin layer of scrub over the area to be exfoliated / scrubbed (do this in the bath tub or shower).
- Rub as vigorously as you choose, however, we suggest mild exfoliation best.
- Apply to affected areas in a circular motion, following the direction of the lymphatic flow: (ankles to the buttocks for the legs) and wrists to the shoulder for the arms,
- Massage from the breast bone to the pubis for the abdomen.
- Rinse any remaining scrub from your body.
- Pat dry and do not rub the exfoliated / scrubbed area with a soft towel.
- Treatment can be done once or twice per week.
- Can be used in combination with any of the Mooi Minceur products.
